Our award winning rums are hand-crafted from start to finish in our artisan distillery. At the heart of our craft is in how we create our infusions. Typically, flavored spirits are made with artificial liquid flavorings called ''natural flavors". We think our approach of infusing real food ingredients into the rum creates a truly superior spirit. We offer free tours, tastings, The Infinity Room tiki bar with Siesta Key Rum cocktails available for purchase and a Gift Shop. While our tours are free you must pre register on our website or by giving us a call. Our Tasting Room, Bar and Gift Shop hours are Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sunday 12pm - 5pm.
