Showtime Performing Arts Theatre

History

It is our pleasure to bring award winning Children's Theatre productions to South Florida. Well known for our 4pm matinee performances every Saturday from September through May we are pleased to serve many area families and their wonderful children who attend our acting, music and dance classes, our intensive theatre camps and performances. Auditions are open to the general public and our program is structured as an opportunity for students of all ages to develop and grow in confidence, poise, and talent through the study of theatrical arts. Our professional teaching staff is passionate about arts education and, working together, each child develops an awareness of cultural arts and his or her own potential. Every year Showtime presents a full season of both children and adult professional productions. Watch for Audition announcements!

Now celebrating their 12th year, Showtime Performing Arts Theatre is a fully-equipped, two-story, state of the art 125 seat teaching and performance facility presenting a full season of children's and adult musical theatre from September through May each year. Open all year round, Showtime produces and performs over 20 family musicals per year including winter break, spring break and 10 weeks of summer theater camp. The school includes 5 instructional studios for dance, acting, music and vocal recording. Showtime's talented staff teaches the most cutting edge group classes and private lessons.
