Here we go again.. 2 emails (no responses) & a voice mail message this morning to address elevator issue. Honestly don't understand why our HOA uses this company . Guess they must be the cheapest...

Call backs from one particular manager is non existent. That includes text messages and emails. She also practices selective enforcement.

They just don't seem to care about people at all, and it's concerning. They don't get back to you with customer service, and don't respond to pressing issues in their development. Nope.
