The organization provides patients with a wide range of health and support service options to meet a variety of care needs. Covenant Hospice serves Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton counties in Florida. Operating as an independent organization, it has partnerships with multiple hospitals, nursing facilities, adult living facilities and other organizations throughout its service areas. The organization s range of services includes personal care, social services, bereavement services, and volunteer and children s support services. Its nurses make regular visits to patients and patient care, 24-hour emergency services, and individual and family education services. Covenant Hospice organizes a range of bereavement support groups and workshops.
