Selby Library

Selby Public Library is part of the Sarasota County Library System. The library offers various electronic resources in several areas, including general, business, education, health, legal, literature and genealogy. It participates in the Federal Depository Library Program and provides a large collection of documents produced by various agencies and departments of the United States Government. Selby Public Library offers a range of government documents, including National Park brochures, NASA publications, congressional reports and trade data. It offers data in various formats, such as print, CD-ROM and microforms. The library offers a variety of computer classes for beginners ranging from a basic introduction to computers to advanced Internet classes on special research topics. Selby Public Library also conducts computer classes in Spanish. The library is located in Sarasota, Fla.
