They don't answer calls or emails. I received guardianship of my mother's finances and am still trying to get access to her account. This bank sucks!

This is the worst bank in Florida. Had problems with them years ago. Make you jump through pages of documents to get a loan. I don't think they are really a bank. They don't seem to want to do...

I really used to love this bank you could call and speak with a local person. Now their calls are outsourced and they aren't reachable 24/7
