Scott Christopher Watkins, MD - Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital

Dr. Kartha specializes in pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital. He joined the medical staff in 2005. He is an assistant professor of Anesthesia and Critical Care at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Dr. Kartha earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio.He completed a transitional residency at Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center and an anesthesiology residency at Loyola University Medical Center, both in Chicago. Dr. Kartha completed a clinical fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at The Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto.

Dr. Dolan is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2007 and currently serves as the assistant medical director for the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Dolan earned her medical degree from Javeriana University School of Medicine in Bogota, Colombia. She completed a postdoctoral internship in general surgery and residency in anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Dolan then completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami Childrens Hospital. Her clinical interests include post anesthesia care and public health issues.
