HistoryI have been shooting with a digital SLR camera since 2008. Once I got an SLR into my hands, I knew that capturing images was my passion. I have a background in traditional black and white film photography and darkroom printing/processing and a BA in studio art. I believe that continuous education is important, so I participate in groups and workshops that offer constructive criticism and professional development, both inside and outside of the photography industry.SpecialtiesBeing there to capture that perfect moment is what I live for, especially when that moment contains the exchange of a glance, the squeeze of a hand, or the rolling laughter of those in love taking the time to appreciate all that life has to offer. In my photography business, I strive for professionalism, an authentic style, honest images and a great experience for all of my clients. It is also important to me that we take care of and nurture our planet in everything we do. I am committed to using recycled paper for all of my marketing materials and offer a handful of eco-friendly printing options for those who are so inclined. Outside of photography, I am passionate about supporting local farms and businesses, sharing wonderful food with incredible friends and clanging away on my tiny vintage Kelsey Excelsior letterpress.
