This place went downhill. My sr. Dog was always in and out in 20 minutes. This turned to 40-50 minutes which caused a ton of stress on my dog. The full groom took over 4 hours vs. the normal 2....

The people are friendly but not always sure they give the best baths, Ky dog is always wet and shedding when we get him. He smells clean and is happy
