I made an appointment, confirmed my insurance, went to the appointment and was told they do t take my insurance. The Wellington office manager was extremely rude and condescending.

I have spent 4 days trying to get diabetes prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. The people who answer the phones are incompetent and have me spell out everything three times. Still no medications.

I was seem in ER, went to sanitary fir followup and referral to ophthalmologist, it's been two weeks and zi haven't heard from referral Dept. My eye is in pain had a scratched cornea, I fear...

Do not go to this doctors office if you need a referral. I am always having to call and have a referral done STAT even after they have had it for a week or two. They do not put on the right codes...
