History

Sanctuary Yoga has been offering Yoga Classes, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training, Wellness Programs, Community Meditation, and Continuing Education for Teachers and Wellness Practitioners since 2003. As teachers we believe in being here for every student. We are constantly motivated to learn more and offer more, not just by the practice of yoga, but by the great privilege of witnessing each body move better, feel better, and we deeply appreciate the joy that brings into the lovely business of living.

At Sanctuary Yoga we believe in the natural intelligence of the human body, mind, and heart. It is our work to create classes that support their innate capacity for healing; for wellness. Our teachers are experienced and educated in yoga, meditation, movement, human performance, therapeutics, and the beautiful art of living.
