SafeSpace is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities in the Treasure Coast area to achieve safety and freedom from domestic violence. As the only state-certified domestic violence center in the region, SafeSpace provides essential services including emergency shelter, legal assistance, financial literacy training, and emotional counseling to survivors and their children.

With a mission to stop the cycle of violence, SafeSpace has provided nearly 500,000 safe nights of shelter to over 40,000 individuals affected by domestic violence. The organization relies heavily on community support to fund its programs, as federal and state grants cover only about 50% of its operating expenses.
