The place is nice albeit some sections are a bit run down. The restaurant is leased but AOk. The office has a small marine store etc. good gas and diesel prices for the keys.

Spent one week there mid-August. Beautiful spot right on the water. A nice restaurant on the water as well. The property is immaculate. We will definitely return.

We were there overnight June 30th, 2021. Spent a fortune there on fuel and supplies. Then the restaurant couldn't even handle a party of 8 at 8pm on a Wednesday? We saw the open tables....
