Dr. Yolanda Jones is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She graduated with her bachelor?s degree in biology from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She received her medical degree from St. Matthew?s University School of Medicine in the Grand Caymans, and she completed the OB/GYN residency program ? including training in obstetrical trauma and high risk pregnancies ? through St. Joseph's Hospital and Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Jones comes to Sacred Heart with nine years of experience as a practicing OB/GYN, including with Coastal OB/GYN in Panama City, Riverview Family Clinic in Wisconsin, and Gulf Coast Women?s Center in Foley, Alabama. Dr. Jones also served as medical director of Rejuvenation Med Spa in Orange Beach, Alabama, and she worked for two years as an OB hospitalist at Sacred Heart Hospital Pensacola. Dr. Jones performs inpatient and outpatient gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive, robotic hysterectomies, vaginal reconstruction and pelvic floor surgery. She also provides prenatal care and delivers babies at Sacred Heart?s Family Birth Place. Dr. Jones is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Florida Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Outside of the office, Dr. Jones enjoys exercise, going to the movies and spending time with her family.

Dr. Phlaum earned his medical degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Barnes Hospital through the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He then completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Phlaum is board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine Dr. Phlaum has a special interest in acute coronary syndrome, congestive heart failure and primary care prevention. Dr. Phlaum enjoys long-distance cycling, kayaking and playing the jazz guitar. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
