It was our first time at the joinery in Lakeland downtown. I took some seniors to lunch yesterday and we were walking around deciding what to eat. I walked by a pizza spot and The Sabu restaurant....

They have one of the best Ramen in Florida they always busy when I go to the journey in Lakeland The staff is always nice they need to open one in Orlando I would very much recommend this place

The Tonkatsu Ramen was great but the mushrooms didn't have that satisfying snap when you bite them, and the broth tasted a little funky. But somehow, the other flavors in the broth make up for it...

I actually thought I already did a review of Sabu. After all it's my go to when I come to the Joinery. Sabu is one of several in this food hall. Definitely the cool place to be in downtown...
