The same thing happened to my husband! He didn't even look in his mouth and when he heard his medical conditions he refused to treat him and his wife charged me $95. If I wasn't so flabbergasted...

Dr Sabans wife /receptionist doesn't put the claim thru insurance so you are asked to pay the full amount prior to leaving the office. Make sure you get the claim in your hand/ with procedure...
