Run Unlimited is a boutique fitness studio offering group-based high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions on treadmills. Powered by Woodway treadmills and VO2 Master, members benefit from running on the industry's best treads and can have their progress measured over time with access to VO2 Max testing. Instructors guide runners through workout sessions that can be solely on the treadmills or a mix of time on the treadmill and on the floor doing a variety of strength building exercises. Tried a treadmill class and I'm hooked! Their brand new high-end treadmills had more incline & decline options than I've ever seen! Enthusiastic instructor! I'll be back!
