Try to visit the office. Then try to call the office. Then try to email the office. Then ask residence how happy they are. Then seek another place to move. You are welcome.

Useless management that lies promising to work on the issue and it's never happens. Gym has the AC turned off so it is 81' F inside. Impossible to work out! Kids running around and smoking weed....
