Incompetence and negligence and total disregard for the needs of their customers/patients. Also, Fraudulent billing to me and my insurance company. Stay away from Rotech!

This is the worst company for CPAP supplies. Placed order, Medicare was billed & my insurance company was billed, but I never received supplies! This didn't occur just once, it happened several...

Can't wait to get a different provider. Avoid this company. Old, loud units. No directiond. Dump and run. I paid for my own tuning when they were charging Medicare. Don't use them.

Absolutely horrible. My dad called for oxygen tanks Monday before hurricane Milton that arrived Wednesday night. He had only two tanks the power went out. Called Thursday got the Georgia office...
