The facility is a part of Continucare Corporation, which is a group of physicians and health care professionals who provide primary care physician services on an outpatient basis through a network of medical facilities and independent physician affiliates in the state of Florida. Established in 1996, Continucare Corporation operates more than 15 medical offices throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Hillsborough counties in Florida. The facility also provides health practice management services and assists physicians with medical utilization, pharmacy management and specialist network development services.
