Go someplace else to get your needs met. Waited over 4 months for the machine to get repaired. Can't ever get Karen in billing to return a simple phone call.

If you were looking for a place to rely on,this is not it. Your orders are either lost or supposedly never get them. They never answer their phone, and when they fo, they are rude and in a hurry....
