The captain is a certified SSI, PADI and Handicapped Scuba Instructor.Rock Bottom Divers is not your run of the mill charter operation. The captain is a certified SSI, PADI and Handicapped Scuba Instructor. We run a max of 6 divers and go out mainly on the weekends and night diving during the week. Equipment is available at Ocean Sports Scuba, the local dive shop. LETS GO GET WET!!!
