Roberto A Sosa, MD - All Childrens Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Dr. Drew Rideout is surgical director of the intestinal rehabilitation program in the Johns Hopkins All Childrens Maternal, Fetal & Neonatal Institute. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery in newborns, children and adolescents. He joined the pediatric surgery program at Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital in 2013. Dr. Rideout also travels to Latin America and Africa to support surgical programs.He leads the pediatric surgery service at Tampa General Hospital.

Dr. Clay is the division chief of hematology and director of the sickle cell program in the Johns Hopkins All Children's Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. She is an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Clay treats children, adolescents and young adults with rare blood disorders such as sickle cell disease and thalassemia. Trained in both pediatrics and internal medicine, she plays the key role of a physician navigator in transitioning adolescents with these diseases to adult care. She has established her research in sickle cell disease where she studies the mechanistic contribution of vitamin D deficiency and its effects of disease manifestation of sickle cell disease as well as bone disease. Her primary professional objective is to translate her clinical research to the field.

After General Neurosurgery training at the University of Michigan, Dr. Rodriguez completed a Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship at the University of Utah. He joined our program in 2005. His practice encompasses the entire range of pediatric neurosurgical problems but his main area of interest is the pediatric spine. He is a charter member of the Pediatric Craniocervical Spine Society and is the director of our Pediatric Neurosurgical Spine Program. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is fluent in Spanish.Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in Neurological Surgery and Pediatric Neurological Surgery.
