At Robburritos eclectic little restaurant, all of our delicious meats are hickory smoked on site. The Beef Brisket and Pork butt are smoked for 18 hours to seal in their mouth-watering flavors! We also dry-rub our chicken and fish (tilapia) with our secret spice to bring out an amazing taste. These smoked meats, when combined with our fresh ingredients and savory sauces, make for great burritos, hard and soft tacos, or sandwiches. Or you can forgo the bun and just go naked! And for those that are looking for gluten-free choices, or follow a more vegetarian diet, we have scrumptious guacamole, amazing cheese dips, spicy rice and beans, and our famous Slawsca.
