Riverside Park is a part of the recreation and parks department of the city of Oviedo in Florida. The park features a junior Olympic swimming pool, racquetball courts, lighted tennis courts and a multipurpose room. It also provides a playground, picnic shelters, pavilions, grills, fields, locker rooms and restrooms. Formally incorporated as a city in 1925 with a population of 800, Oviedo has roots that date back to just after the Civil War in 1865 when homesteaders came to the area along the shores of Lake Jesup to begin new lives. The city additionally operates administrative services, development, finance, fire, human resources, police and public works departments.

This is a great facility and Oviedo recreation center. I have taken fitness classes here in the multi purpose room. My child has taken many swimming lessons here. They offer summer camps here...

June 2022....Love the skate park! But,for the first time,today was very bad! I have been bringing my grandson there every Sunday for about two months now.But today (Sunday) a bunch of teenage boys...

My previous review about "big bowls" was misleading. I meant big like 15'. There's a ~9' kidney pool and another bowl with coping, open to a roll in. There's some pix on the site.
