Rivers to Wellness - Primary Care provides full-spectrum family medicine for patients in Jacksonville Florida and the surrounding communities. Led by Dr. Edward Orshansky, our clinic focuses on prevention, disease reversal, and sustainable wellness. Services include annual physicals, DOT and sports exams, women's health, weight management, chronic disease care (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD), and in-office procedures such as EKGs, laceration repair, biopsies, and joint injections. We also offer addiction medicine treatment with Suboxone and naltrexone, same-day telehealth visits, and travel health counseling.
