The staff is usually really nice! The kids lace is clean and inviting. I love their sugar free ice cream, although they don't have a big selection. It's ok.

I am surprised I've never been here! Definitely recommend! If the line is long, it's okay! It moves fast. Staff is friendly! Lots of seating outside.

We love going to Rita's whenever we're on vacation! Only bad experience this trip was the guy who took our order. He didn't seem to know what he was doing.
