Rick Barber has been in residential lending for 37 years in the Sarasota/Bradenton community. He is a 10\-time (2010\-2020) recipient of the Five Star Mortgage Professional award and part of an elite group representing the top five percent of mortgage professionals in the Sarasota area, who scored highest in overall client satisfaction! Rick has significant experience and knowledge of all areas of residential lending. His primary goal is to make sure his customers gain a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process. This knowledge empowers customers to make the right decisions in the home buying process.Rick is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Rick speaks Spanish fluently as he was born in Mexico City. In his free time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, golf, fishing and traveling.
