As a passionate and certified wellness consultant and licensed Massage therapist and educator in Massage and Rolfing (A.R.T.) and founder of the Rhythmic Bodywork Massage method, I understand that the best way to achieve your life and health goals are to take a proactive and integrative approach to being healthy and happy on the inside and out. This led me to develop my own systematic approach to massage and deep body therapy. I've taken over two decades of study and application as a certified Hawaiian Lomi Lomi master and educator and combined with Swedish Deep Tissue, Rolfing, and Active Release Therapy with my own skills as a Tantra and Reiki energy practitioner. Combining the very best of eastern and western modalities into one complete package. My goal is to provide not only a relaxing experience but a treatment plan to correct the cause of your pain and discomfort with a tailor made sessions designed exclusively for your body recovery.
