Avista Hotels & Resorts has been providing Guest Service since 1976. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive/Convention Center is owned and managed by Avista Hotels & Resorts. Our hotel was built in 2001 as a Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, we closed the hotel in August of 2012 to complete an extensive renovation, our renovation was completed March of 2013 and we opened our Fairfield Inn & Suites. Our hotel showcases the newest design for the brand, we have even had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Marriott himself to our beautiful new hotel recently. The hotel offers 160 Deluxe & Superior Rooms including 24 One Bedroom Suites & 3,000 total sq. ft. of meeting space. Straight forward, uncompicated stays are our specialty and we are committed to guest service and productive successful stays.
