Doctor was fine as was the back office medical staff. Front desk was rude and seems like they hate their job. Extremely slow to service the customer. I have never had an eye appt. take 2 hours....

Terrible customer service. Dr. Faust is pompous and arrogant. They improperly made my glasses, sent them to the wrong location and were generally rude.
