Slow, poor service. Lot of branches, all about the same. But on the bright side, if you set low expectations, they'll be met. Plus, you'll get attitude, so that helps.

They charge me an additional $5 fee for using "another bank's atm". Getting $60 ended up costing me $7.50.. Cancelled accounts.
