Residents are so noisy. For example, when you have to open your front door of the unit to either move in or unload your groceries, they will come out of their unit to peer into your apartment....

The complex is very pretty and in a great location but the staff (security, maintenance, etc) are all absolutely insane and will hassle you over anything. And be prepared for all the retired...
