The CleanSlate program of care begins with individualized treatment plans for each patient. CleanSlate physicians properly prescribe a variety of outpatient addiction medications, including buprenorphine and naltrexone; and a full team of licensed medical professionals ensures that these medications are properly managed. We coordinate with additional local healthcare partners to ensure that patients receive a full spectrum of care that includes clear accountability and psychosocial interventions.

Every man in our Orlando-area rehab program is provided the tools, encouragement, training and mentoring needed to regroup and restart his life in a more positive direction. We are part of Adult and Teen Challenge, which for nearly 60 years has provided alcohol and substance abuse addiction recovery leading to long-term recovery for thousands of individuals.
