I would not even give one star as these people are thieves. I used their services at an Urgent Care in Venice Florida at an in network facility. Never was I made aware that the room with the xray...

This company sent a bill nearly 12 months after the ER visit. I tried calling but the number goes to Tampa General Hospital who said RAF have the wrong number on their website and won't change it....
