Rachael Eileen Pelaez, APRN

Dr. Quigley specializes in caring for hospitalized children and is education rotation director at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. Additionally, she is an assistant professor of pediatrics for the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She joined hospital staff in 2015. Dr. Quigley earned her medical degree from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She trained in pediatrics at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Quigley then earned a master's of medical education from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Lew specializes in pediatric critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2025. She earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She then completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at USF, where she also served as chief resident. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Stanford University, where she also served as chief fellow.

Dr. Devanesan has practiced in the St. Petersburg area for 10 years and has been active in graduate medical education training at local hospitals. A graduate of the University of South Florida College of Medicine and its residency program in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Devanesan received the Overall Outstanding Teaching Resident Award for 2000. She joined OB/GYN Associates (now Johns Hopkins All Children's Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists) in 2001. Dr. Devanesan is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She also is an active member of the American Medical Association and the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Her areas of special interest include minimally invasive surgery (including DaVinci robotic procedures), urogynecology and adolescent gynecology.
