Absolutely, worthless phone service for customers. Walk ins, make appt over phone and expect to wait 45 min.

It's just so bad. I go to this location several times a month and it's just so horrible. Appointments are never on time. There is no reception so people are always backed up asking techs questions...

Make sure to make an appointment around 1 or 2 hours before you actually want to be seen. Always slammed & always rushed. However personnel was very nice and did a good job!!

This lab is the absolute worst in Florida. They unfortunately have a monopoly with BCBS and leave patients no choice but to use them. The staff are extremely rude and they do not get in a hurry.
