Ultra clean and easy parking. Straightforward check in as long as you have printed out barcode confirmation. Walk ins welcome by the way but risky as I was 30 minutes waiting with appointment....

Quest has become totally automated, and it's horrible. They are too cheap to hire receptionists. No one helps in lobby. They change appointments without asking you. the technicians are abrupt....

I was in and out. The person at the desk was lovely and Claudie (sp?), the phlebotomist was superb! She listened to my concerns regarding my veins and struck gold on the first attempt.

This was the best experience I've had at a testing facility in the area. Cheryl and Joanie were very kind and helpful during my visit. The entire process from check in to leaving took under 15...
