Quest has become totally automated, and it's horrible. They are too cheap to hire receptionists. No one helps in lobby. They change appointments without asking you. the technicians are abrupt....

Very clean, if you have an appt, the wait is less than 5 mins (not sure I even had time to sit to down in lobby!), phlebotomist I had was so kind, talented, and skilled. Not a single bruise from 4...

Ultra clean and easy parking. Straightforward check in as long as you have printed out barcode confirmation. Walk ins welcome by the way but risky as I was 30 minutes waiting with appointment....

I was in and out. The person at the desk was lovely and Claudie (sp?), the phlebotomist was superb! She listened to my concerns regarding my veins and struck gold on the first attempt.
