Made an appointment 40 mins before showing up. Plenty of openings. When I got there I checked in via my phone and was in and out in 20 minutes from my arrival time. Pretty streamlined. The lobby...

Seem to be very slow and also give wrong instructions for drop offs, did not let us know need an appointment for specimen drop offs
