Was greeted by a kind lady who helped me check in. Alexis was very good too and made my time there pleasant. If you don't have an appointment, make sure that you are there the first hour.

This place is horrible staff are horrible but appointments mean nothing. Theres about 20 people in that same slot, I was scheduled at 11:40am I been waiting more than an hour I do not recommend...

The office experience has gone downhill. There is no more person at the desk. Lots of delays, staff is overworked and rude.
