Fleming Island. Free a standing laboratory with appts or walk-in. Appts are best. Staff have always been professional, kind and helpful. They usually run close to appt times. Facility is always clean.

I have never been to a medical facility that was so dirty. I am appalled. It's clear that they have not cleaned the entrance for months. Bloody tissue, dust and hair on floor.
