Management fines you $500 if your dog has an accident...even if the dog has a diagnosed medical condition. So if you have a dog, this isn't the building you want to be in.

I recently bought an apartment at the Quantum and so far it has been a great experience, wonderful location and I have the best views I could ask for for the price I paid. Totally recommended!
