My first encounter with the front desk woman, a senior, about 5 foot, short gray hair, she rudly shouted are you done yet while working on reserving my room through a third party last night....

Rooms are dirty and smell like previous occupant's wet dog upon checking in. There was also very bad mold growth in the bathroom. Cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities here.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen! there was black mold in the bathroom near the shower head, the bathtub paint was bubbling up, And the room had an unusual odor! ice machine was...
