a complete gong show from the get go. Nobody is ever in the office so it is impossible to buy packing items. I called the number on the door and got through to 'a person with no name or title'...

Spoke with multiple PS reps and was assured the lock would be taken off the unit for my movers today. No property manager on site and lock still on. Corporate office completely useless in helping.

Great communication, they called me and introduced themselves, the property manager lives on site, he made me feel like my stuff would be secured.
