I have been going to bootcamp for four and half years. It has total changed how i feel and how i look. Its a great workout we never do the same thing. The results are amazing. Pat is a great trainer.

I really enjoy Pat's classes. He is a great trainer and definitely pushes you to reach your goals. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Give it a shot and you will be hooked!!!
