PRIDE is a not-for-profit organization based in Florida that focuses on rehabilitating inmates through vocational training, significantly reducing recidivism rates and enhancing community safety. Over its 40-year history, PRIDE has trained eligible inmates in various skills across 17 state facilities, offering more than 37 job training programs that prepare them for successful re-entry into society.
