Got my daughters pics taken for graduation. They lost or deleted her entire session and it took them a year to actually admit it finally. very disorganized and negligent

Here since 4:15 pm for a 4:20 "appointment" and it is now. 7:15pm! It appears that they overlapped several "appointments," and there are people just standing in the isle waiting to be called....

My step daughter had her pictures taken here, they over booked so her appointment was at 6:30 she didn't finish until almost 9:30. We got the proofs back, the backgrounds are nothing to write home...
