Press Gourmet Sandwiches is a chef-inspired fast casual restaurant founded by the owners of Miami Press Food Truck. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Press Gourmet Sandwiches offers eight gourmet pressed sandwiches--each named after an iconic newspaper--as well as fresh salads, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Food Network award-winning Mac'n Cheese Balls, Buffalo Blue Cheese Fries and Crispy Onion Straws. Additionally, every Monday, the restaurant offers a featured pressed sandwich available for an entire week.
