Teaching fitness for over 20 years, Debra enjoys motherhood everday, it is a blessing to go through pregnancy and birth. We all go through physical, emotional and spiritual changes. It's normal. Staying physically fit with prenatal yoga, and emotionally happy and spiritually connected allows women to embrace this amazing and profound time of Life. As a Doula, I have had the honor of helping moms (and dads) through labor and the joy of seeing babies born with love and tranquility. Birth is Powerful and allows us to feel our own inner strength.
