The quality of the movie The Chosen part 2 last night was not really bright a bit on a softer color projection. Seats were amazing and comfy.

Very disorganized. No clear lines to purchase tickets or food. Server spilled drinks at the seats next to me and got it on my pants and shoes. No apologies from him

Bathrooms were not operational - water was disconnected - no offer of refund. Would not give us cups or paper boats to share our popcorn. After the movie, there were no staff present as we exited....

Popcorn smell the I enter always makes me stop and get some. The VIP seats are worth the extra $$$
